1. Community Event
We are drawing near the end of Fall Frenzy week at Alight Chiropractic and I must say – I’m learning so much about our Alight community! We’re so excited to have more warm & cozy community events in the future so stay tuned!
2. New Blog Post
Last week I mentioned that I’d challenged myself to abstain from any outside specialty drinks for 3 weeks. Well, we reached the end of my No Outside Drinks Challenge this Wednesday and I shared some of my new insights from this unique experience in a new blog post here.
3. New Recipe
Chef Joyce in the house! Check out our new Amazing Chicken Nugget recipe – it’s baked (not deep fried), natural and healthy, kid-friendly, easy to meal prep for busy bees, and ONLY 3-6 INGREDIENTS! If you’re busy and/or have picky palettes to feed, try this classic recipe that started off my wellness journey!
4. More Family Time
My parents visited Seattle to deliver some delicious food to my siblings and I. They were able to see our Alight Chiropractic office in person and learn more about chiropractic for themselves. I’m so happy that I can share the world of health and wellness with them!
